Teen Vogue Fashion Flop

.. Over the weekend I attended Teen Vogue Fashion University, a 3 day seminar to meet with the best in the business. I had a greet time, meet a lot of stylish people an designers.. BUT GUESS WHAT.. my freaking camera died, and then I lost it.. I'm so mad i can't even post pictures from everything. Hopefully some of the nice girls I met will email me pics, and maybe ill find my camera and buy batteries that will last longer. I have my eye on this new touch screen Sony camera..

Leotards and Lace..

Interscope recording artist,Lady GaGa has an eclectic style that I respect and admire because I WISH I could come outside in only a bodysuit without looking like a complete fool. In my opinion lady gaga pulls this off without looking too "naked" and this style fits her wild and "in your face" personality. I still think her looks work even though she wore the same tights twice. American Apparel has a new scarf called the "circle scarf" so you can try and emulate her look of the hooded top, I'm going to give it a try.

Feeling inspired..

Inspiration can really come from anywhere. I love the colors and embellishments on the girl's sari's ( i think those are Sari's). It looks so colorful and bright. If I had the ability to design I could create a whole collection on these 2 photos.

OK, CASTING CALL!!.. here are my loves and hates of the "Stylista" cast crew... I'll start with the bad news first, I dislike Megan because her attitude is disgusting, and until she can prove herself, she has no reason for being a bitch, AT ALL. And she endangered her whole team by almost losing their first challenge by not following instructions. It killed me when Danielle spoke for her in eliminations.. (smh)

Next we have Kate, I was on her side at first because i felt bad that Mr. Zee totally trashed her style. I haven't thought of the perfect adjective for her yet, but she lost points because her favorite clothing comes from Bebe and Marciano, all way too tight and way too tacky.

Poor Arnaldo gets sent packing early,it must really suck getting sent home first.

My favorite right now is Ashlie, she started out as the underdog and started winning challenges like crazy!

I also like Devin, Joanna, and Danielle. I think Danielle has potential to be the next Beth ditto, Big girls need love too!

Well my views might change with the coming episodes.. can't wait.

To be or not to be...

The Anne Slowey pictured on the top is NOT the same Anna as the one below, is just CANT be. So I caught tonight's premiere of the CW's "Stylista" and it was pretty good, better than I anticipated. Although I feel like the producers are forcing her to feed in to the Fashion editor -in- chief stereotype. you know.. the mean, bitchy, my styles so0o much better than yours personality. Anne, cut it out because that "e" on the end of your name will never turn into an "a" and your last name will never Wintour. So just leave the attitude to the pro's.I know its just for ratings but it just seems so phony and cold. Our mothers all gave us the best advise in Jr. High school, just "Be yourself".

I swear I need to come out with a song b/c attention hungry media sucking Heidi Montag has released a single respectively titled "Fashion". The sad part is I LOVE THE SONG! It's insanely catchy, with lyrics like " Fashion, put it all on me, don't you wanna see these clothes on me?!" How can any fashionista resist?. I heard the song on one of my daily blogstops FavoredFashionFix and played it a million times. Boyfriend Spencer Pratt says "It's the greatest song of his life". I say, I think this is going to be my theme song when I get dressed in the morning.

DAMN GIRL! I can see you from a mile away!

I came across this ULTRA NEON lime green Marc Jacobs Bag a few days ago at Bloomingdale's, and I've fallen head over heels in love with it!.. It's so bright, you could literally spot me coming from a mile away, THAT'S WHY I LOVE IT. You could easily rock this bag with either all black or anything that's not LOUDER than the bag. I know this one lady that would rock a head to toe lime green ensemble with this bag, I'll get a picture up one day. But anyway this bag retails for about $430.00 and also comes in a pretty plum and black leather. Would you rock it or knock it?
